AME Life Members
Are you an AME Life Member? You do not need to purchase an AME individual membership. You will be emailed your Life Member Code to access AME Member pricing for Roundup. If you have not received your code please contact Roxanne Finnie – AME Manager, Member Relations at email@example.com or 604.630.3927.

For those international conference attendees requiring a letter of invitation for customs / visa processing, please also visit www.cic.gc.ca/english/visit/visas.asp for more information.
International delegates can request a letter for a visa application via email firstname.lastname@example.org. Delegates must register online and pay for registration BEFORE an official letter will be issued for visa application purposes. Further, please ensure that the credit card used to pay for the registration matches the delegate’s name. If you are using a third party or corporate card in another’s name to pay for your registration, you must also send us a letter authorizing the use of such card, on official letterhead.
Unfortunately, if you are not successful in obtaining travel documents (ie visa), there are no refunds on registration fees once we send you an invitation letter. Please consult the Government of Canada’s visa requirements, included in the above link for information for international delegates, BEFORE you register online.

Refund Policy & Badge Reprints
Badge Re-print Fee: $75.00 (+GST)
REFUNDS: Refund requests must be received in writing before the deadline at 5pm PST, Friday, December 15. No refunds will be processed after this deadline or on-site at the conference. All refunds are subject to a $75.00 (+ GST) processing fee. No refunds are available for ticketed events or memberships. Refunds will only be issued to the individual or company who originally purchased registration.
