Maximizing Project Value: Managing Relationships and the Social Chain of Custody

West Convention Centre / Registration Required

On the way to developing a mine in BC, an exploration project is owned on average by 7 different companies. From the first claimed stake, through drilling, construction and finally to production can take 50-60 years!  How do we manage this process responsibly in order to maximize the project’s value?  What tools do we need to ensure the “Social Chain of Custody” is preserved? Can effective engagement enhance property value, and ultimately project success?

In this interactive half-day short course, members of AME’s Integrated Social Responsibility Committee will guide participants through discussion of industry best practices followed by a series of hands-on local and international scenarios.

Course Fees:

Half day Course Cost: Early Bird – $185; Regular – $225; Students – $49 (limited spaces)
