The Roundup Core Shack Committee will determine who participates and on which days. Interested companies are welcome to apply before October 13, 2017. Selected companies will be formally confirmed to participate via letter from the Committee by October 20, 2017. Due to the volume of applications received, if you apply and do not receive a confirmation letter by October 21, please assume your company was not selected to participate in Core Shack 2018.
Each confirmed company will be allocated one 10’ wide x 10’ deep booth with one 4’x8’ horizontal free standing pin board, two 6’ covered and skirted tables, and two chairs. Power is available for laptops and other electronic devices and an internet connection can be purchased from the Vancouver Convention Centre. Once confirmed, participating companies will be sent an exhibitor kit with information on shipping and ordering additional booth space items.
There is no cost for the Core Shack booth space. However, all confirmed Core Shack participants will be required to purchase a Roundup 2018 Exhibit Hall or Full Delegate pass in order to access the exhibit hall. Please register as “Attendee” under ‘Registration Category’.
Each confirmed company will be required to submit an abstract for the conference Abstract Guide by November 24, 2017.
