Jessica Bratty

Jessica has over 15 years professional experience as a facilitator, mediator and strategic engagement practitioner working through complex collaborative change processes in BC, Canada and abroad.  Her work on multi-party public policy disputes always has a strong Indigenous and community dimension, and has encompassed mining, energy, fisheries, health, environmental assessment and watershed management.  Jessica is Principal of her own consultancy – Confluence Solutions – and helps lead the GEMM Dialogues – an ideas and innovation forum that connects across divides and find solutions for responsible mining.  Jessica teaches in the Executive MBA in Aboriginal Business and Leadership programs at Simon Fraser University and delivers governance training for small Not For Profit Boards.  She is a trained Restorative Justice facilitator for the RCMP.  Educated as a salmon biologist and proud mother of two, Jessica is passionate about finding common ground among diverse interests and helping them make durable decisions towards sustainability.
