Mona M. Forster is a passionate advocate of the mining and mineral exploration sector with over 25 years working in the industry.  Ms. Forster advises small and medium sized companies on issues related to strategy development and implementation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and organizational development, corporate governance, and due diligence.

In addition to her professional career, Ms. Forster currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Women in Mining BC, as a member of the Advisory Council for the Centre of Training Excellence in Mining, as a member of the Advisory Council for Resource Works and on the Industry Training Authority Sector Advisory Group.  She served as Chair of the Board and seven years as an elected director for the Association for Mineral Exploration and as a founding member of the BC HR Mining Task Force.
