Our Roundup website has so much information on it, we know sometimes it’s hard to find exactly what you’re looking for.
Here are our Frequently Asked Questions to help you find what you need:

How much is registration?

Our most popular pass is the 4-day full conference pass with an AME membership.
The full conference pass allows access to all conference programming but does not include any ticketed events or short courses.

When is the early bird deadline?

Our early bird pricing ended on Friday, December 13.

What pass do I need?

Please note that none of the ticketed events are included in any of the passes and are in addition to the full conference pass.

How do the student and senior discounts work?

For Seniors, you must purchase an AME individual Membership in Step 3 of registration, when you do so the senior rate will appear on Step 5.

For Students, you must purchase an AME Student Membership in Step 3 of registration, when you do all student options will show up on Step 5 already discounted.

Please note both registrations will require ID on-site when picking up your badges.

How do I add something to my registration?

In your confirmation email, just below the barcode, the first link will take you back into your registration where can add and adjust your registration. It should appear “If you need to make any changes to your registration information, purchase Social Event tickets or Short Courses or pay a remaining balance, please click here.”

How do I get my receipt or confirmation?

You will automatically receive an email to the email attached to your registration.

If you need a receipt, please click the second link in the confirmation that will appear as “Click here to view your purchase receipt and itinerary of what you have registered for.”

How do exhibitor passes work?

Please register via this link. All exhibitor booths receive AME memberships + a full delegate conference pass.
This does not include core shack, prospectors’ tent, project generators hub or innovation hub participants.

If you need more than your allotted passes, please determine what pass is needed and purchase through the regular registration portal.

How do I become a member or renew my membership?

All memberships for 2020 can be purchased while registering for Roundup.

By selecting a membership in step 3, the discounted rates will automatically be displayed in step 5.

All memberships run January – December.

Why should I become a member?

Our Individual Membership allows for important input and feedback on key matters from the perspective of an individual professional working within the global exploration and development industry, and not necessarily as an employee or representative of any one company or group operating or based in BC. How can I get an invitation letter for visa applications?

In order to receive a letter, you must first purchase your pass, and then email your request and invoice number to [email protected] 
Please note if a visa is not granted we will be unable to refund the pass.  Letters take 2-5 business days to process. Visas are unlikely to be granted for a single day pass.

How do I get a refund or transfer passes?

Refunds are subject to an $80 admin fee and must be applied for in writing by December 13.

After this time, we do not issue any refunds but tickets and passes can be transferred. Please call 1.877.689.5554 to transfer passes.

How can I volunteer at Roundup?

How do I become an exhibitor?

All our booths have sold out for Roundup 2020.

How can I get a speaking spot?

Technical Talks submissions have now closed. If you’re interested in speaking next year, apply here for 2021.
Speaker Spotlights on the Innovation Stage opportunities are available via Sponsorship.
Short Course submissions have now closed. Short course submission will be available for Roundup 2021 in early Spring.
