Selection Process
The Roundup Core Shack Committee will determine who participates. Interested companies are welcome to apply before October 2020. Selected companies will be formally confirmed to participate via letter from the Committee. Due to the volume of applications received, if you apply and do not receive a confirmation letter by November 16, please assume your company was not selected to participate in Core Shack 2021.

Virtual Conference Information
All Core Shack booths will be for 5 days from January 18 to January 22. Exhibit Hall hours will be from 9 AM to 4 PM PST. You will not be required to be at your booth for the entire day as attendees can leave messages for you when you have stepped away from the computer. There will be suggested times during Roundup that interested conference attendees can find you at your booth for in-person chats. Participating Core Shack companies can arrange to host video chats by linking to their platform of choice.
Costs
Costs for Roundup 2021 will cover two virtual conference pass and two individual AME Membership which will be $564 plus tax.
Abstract
Each confirmed company will be required to submit an abstract for the conference Abstract Guide.
