In this course, technical staff will present an overview of the fundamentals of scientific and technical disclosure to meet the reporting requirements of NI 43-101 and its technical report form. This collaborative presentation will assist geoscientists, engineers, and a company’s officers and directors in understanding the underlying principles and reporting obligations associated with mineral project technical disclosure under NI 43-101. The format of the course will include both presentations, panel discussions, and question and answer time that will examine how companies and qualified persons can provide compliant technical disclosure at all stages of a mineral project. Examples and common situations and practical solutions for complying with the disclosure requirements will be discussed with ample time provided to address attendee questions.
