Selected companies will be formally confirmed to participate via letter from the Core Shack Committee. Each confirmed participating company will be allocated one display space for two days at no cost, however, we request that companies become AME Corporate Members to support the Association and to experience the full benefits AME membership has to offer. More details on the Core Shack schedule, display set-up, and conference registration will be forwarded to all participating companies after confirmation.

Selection Process

The AME Roundup Core Shack Committee will determine who participates and on which days. Interested companies are welcome to apply before Friday, October 7, 2022. Selected companies will be formally confirmed to participate via letter from the Committee. Due to the volume of applications received, if you apply and do not receive a confirmation letter by November 10, 2022, please assume your company was not selected to participate in Core Shack 2023.

Booth

Each confirmed company will be allocated the following:

  • one 10’ wide x 10’ deep booth with backwall and sidewall dapery
  • two 6’ skirted tables and two fabric chairs
  • one 4’x8’ horizontal freestanding poster board
  • one LED light
  • one 750-watt power outlet
  • venue carpeting
  • 24-hour peripheral security

Costs

There is no cost for the Core Shack booth space. However, confirmed companies will be required to purchase an individual AME membership and a Roundup Conference Exhibit Hall or Full Delegate pass to access the exhibit hall area. Registration details will be available by October 4, 2022.

Abstract

Each confirmed company will be required to submit an abstract for the conference Abstract Guide.

Core Shack Booth Kit

Power is available for laptops and other electronic devices, and an internet connection can be purchased from the Vancouver Convention Centre.

Participating companies will be sent an exhibitor kit with information on shipping and ordering additional booth space items.

More information will be added to the booth kit in the fall.
