AME membership fees and all ticketed events are non-refundable. Refer to ‘Terms and Conditions’ on the online reg form.
In January 2023, AME Roundup will return to the Vancouver Convention Centre East – Under the Sails – as a mostly in-person conference, keeping a few of the online elements we’ve come to know and love. Our beloved Technical and Targeted sessions will be hosted in person in Ballrooms A & B on the main convention level AND will be streamed online. Online viewers will be able to type questions into the chat and make comments during the session, and the talks will be available to view on-demand afterwards for up to 3 months.
This year, AME Roundup will not be hybrid or virtual, however, due to increased demand for recorded talks, attendees will have the option to purchase a ‘Streaming’ pass which will allow them to watch recordings of the Technical and Targeted sessions at their leisure via Webcast Canada for 3 months. Streaming is included in the Full Delegate Pass.
All AME Individual Memberships for 2023 can be purchased while registering for AME Roundup. Please renew/purchase your membership during AME Roundup registration to ensure you receive member pricing for the conference.
Corporate membership is not eligible for the AME Roundup member discount. All discounts are attached to individual members.
All AME memberships run from January – December.
Approved Life Members receive complimentary AME membership, and approved Old-timers receive complimentary AME Roundup registration. Some people are entitled to both! People in both groups should have received an email with the codes they are entitled to use. If you are an approved Life Member and/or Old-timer, please email [email protected] to enquire about your code.
Yes – you are required to buy an AME student or individual membership in order to access a special discounted rate for conference passes.
Early bird prices ended on December 16, 2022.
Content will be available on-demand for six months after the conference.
Our decision to cancel the in-person portion of AME Roundup 2022 and switch to a fully virtual conference as we did in 2021 will be guided by emergency orders, health orders, and recommendations made by the Canadian, British Columbia, and local governments. In the case of a full or partial cancellation of the in-person portion of Roundup, all programming including ticketed events will transition to the fully virtual platform for Roundup or be postponed to a later date.
For individual delegates who purchase a full in-person and virtual pass, you will be offered a partial registration refund and transition to the fully virtual platform for Roundup. See the AME Roundup 2022 – Delegate Terms & Conditions for details.
Booth exhibitors will be transitioned to the fully virtual platform and may be refunded for the in-person portion of their booth. Booth exhibitors who choose not to participate virtually may apply to cancel their booth in writing and will be subject to a fee. See the AME Roundup 2022 – Exhibitor Terms and Conditions for details.
For our valued sponsors, we will do our best to accommodate all benefits in the online platform. Each sponsorship agreement will be discussed on a case-by-case basis with sponsors as each sponsorship agreement is unique.
As part of our commitment to health and safety, COVID-19 testing will be available onsite for in-person participants on a voluntary basis.
