Poster Session Application
Posters submitted will be selected by the poster organizing committee. Only high-quality submissions that are of a standard typical of other national and international meetings will be considered. Company posters that advertise properties will not be considered, however, poster submissions from companies that have universal appeal and/or technical merit are encouraged.
University students are encouraged to submit poster presentations for display and prizes will be awarded: $600 for first prize, $400 for second prize and $200 for third prize.
Please note: Space is limited and no-shows may not be eligible for future Roundup Poster Session submissions.
Poster Session Reception and Student Presentations will be Monday, January 20 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Authors are expected to be at their posters.
Student Presentation Opportunities!
In addition to presenting a poster in the Poster Session, we will be highlighting research being done on mineral deposit and exploration-related projects in British Columbia and around the world. Student Soapbox presentations will take place during the Poster Session Reception
If you would like to be part of the Student Soapbox presentations along with your poster, please choose this option when submitting your application for the Poster Session.
