Speaking at: Precious Metals

Bob Singh, is the Vice President of Exploration and a director of Great Bear Resources Ltd since March 2015. He is a Professional Geologist with 31 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry.

Bob’s expertise lies in evaluating, exploring and modelling precious and base metal mineralized systems. He has significant applied field experience on grass roots projects, in the form of prospecting, sampling, and mapping; as well as advanced stage projects, where reinterpretation and remodelling of existing data prior to drilling has yielded new discoveries and added significant new mineralized zones. Bob has developed and implemented new technologies for recording and interpreting geological data by combining his exploration background with his personal interest in computer programming and data analysis.

Most recently, Bob was part of a team which re-evaluated the structural and geological model at the Castle Mountain Deposit in California, resulting in an increase in gold ounces and a lower strip ratio. He was also a key member responsible for the re-interpretation and analysis of gold data resulting in the discovery of Solstice Gold’s emerging Kahuna Gold District near Rankin Inlet, Nunavut. Currently, Bob is fully focused on leveraging the experience gained throughout his career on Great Bear’s Dixie Project in Ontario’s Red Lake District.
