Poster Display Applications
The Poster Display at AME Roundup is Canada’s premier venue for dissemination and examination of applied mineral deposit and exploration geoscience research. It facilitates the sharing of pioneering work on the genesis and distribution of mineral resources throughout Canada and beyond. The Poster Display sees participation from graduate students working at universities across Canada and around the world – AME is proud to promote the excellent work being done by the mineral deposit community.
Participant Information
At AME Roundup 2025, posters featuring the latest economic geoscience and related research will be on display for all four days of the conference, allowing more time for these beneficial and in-depth conversations.
Scientific poster presentations provide a valuable opportunity for researchers to display recently completed work or works in progress, gaining feedback on their in-depth research. For the audience, it is a unique chance to engage specialist researchers in a conversation about their work and dig deeper into complex, applied subjects.
Costs
There is no cost or fee to participate, however, you must make your own travel and accommodation plans. Participants will be required to purchase an AME Roundup conference Exhibit Hall or Full Delegate pass to access the Exhibit Hall.
Accepted submissions will be notified in January 2025.

Will my poster be visible on the AME Roundup website?
No, your poster will be presented only in-person during the Exhibit Hall hours.
Will my poster be printed or displayed in any conference materials such as the Daytimer?
No, but we may use your name, school affiliation and poster title in some materials and communications.
Will my poster presentation be streamed or recorded?
No, we do not record the presentations.
