Notice: We have received reports that individuals are being contacted by organizations claiming to register them for AME Roundup. If you have already purchased your AME Roundup pass, please have your QR code ready from your confirmation email and proceed to the Express Registration Desk.

Registration desk hours for on-site registration, conference badge and ticket pick up:
Sunday, January 24: 7 AM – 7 PM
Monday, January 25: 7 AM – 6 PM
Tuesday, January 26: 7 AM – 6 PM
Wednesday, January 27: 7 AM – 7 PM
Thursday, January 28: 7 AM – 12 PM
We encourage delegates to pick up their badges on Sunday, January 24 to avoid the crowds on Monday morning.
AME Roundup 2027 registration will open on September 15, 2026.
Please note: You may be eligible for a discount or complimentary (COMP) pass as a session speaker, Exhibitor, employee of a sponsoring company, volunteer, AME Life Member or Pioneer. Please check with your AME contact before registering if you think you may be eligible. Refunds will not be issued if you are eligible and you proceed without a code.
AME Individual Members who renew their membership for 2027 while registering for AME Roundup 2027 are eligible for discounted member conference prices.
Conference registration must be connected to an individual: Corporate memberships are not eligible for the member price for AME Roundup.
Note: All 2026 memberships will expire on December 31, 2026. If you are a 2026 member, you will need to purchase your 2027 Individual Membership to be eligible for AME Roundup 2027 member pricing. You must purchase this with your conference pass.
AME Roundup registration financial aid for Indigenous participants is being provided by Teck Resources Limited and Northisle Copper and Gold Inc.

AME Life Members do not need to purchase an AME individual membership. You will be emailed your Life Member Code to access AME Member pricing for AME Roundup.
AME Pioneers are offered complimentary registration to AME Roundup.
Complimentary codes will be sent via email to all Life Members and Pioneers in Fall 2026.
