AME Roundup 2025 will run from Monday, January 20 to Thursday, January 23. Pre-conference events will take place starting on Thursday, January 16.
AME Roundup 2025 will be held at the Vancouver Convention Centre, East Building – Under the Sails at Canada Place
The Vancouver Convention Centre East is located at 1055 Canada Pl, Vancouver, BC. Located in the heart of Downtown Vancouver, the convention centre can be conveniently reached via transit or taxi.

Please fill out this form to express interest in renting a meeting room during AME Roundup 2025. Rooms available are ideal for groups of 10+ people. A limited number of meeting rooms are available for rental at the Vancouver Convention Centre East.
Please note, this form is an expression of interest and does not act as a guaranteed booking. A deposit may be required upon confirmation.

AME Roundup 2025 will take place in-person. Delegates will receive recordings of the sessions within three weeks post-conference.
Short course details will be sent to registered participants one week before the start of the course. If your course starts in less than 3 business days and you have not received your details, contact [email protected] to inquire.

Yes, inside the Exhibit Hall, you will find a bistro that will offer espresso and other hot and cold drinks for purchase as well as a range of snacks.

“Our security personnel are trained as first responders in fire/safety and first aid emergencies including the use of on-site defibrillators, and we have a fully equipped first aid room in each of our buildings. Our facility complies with all federal, provincial and local regulations and laws governing accessibility and the rights of persons with disabilities.”

Exhibit Hall
Monday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm PST
Tuesday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm PST
Wednesday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm PST
Thursday: 9:00 am – 2:30 pm PST
You do not need to be an exhibitor to visit, though all exhibitors and attendees need a pass to access the hall. All conference pass types allow access to the Exhibit Hall.
Priority renewal will be given to all 2024 exhibitors before opening to new exhibitors. If you exhibited at AME Roundup 2024 but have not received your invitation by July, please contact [email protected].
All other companies interested in exhibiting should complete the Exhibit Hall Application Form.

Your poster will be displayed in the Exhibit Hall during the Exhibit Hall hours. It will not be displayed on the AME Roundup website or in any of our supplementary publications. You are required to set up and take down your own poster at your allocated location during the time emailed to you.

The exhibiting company that has AME Corporate Membership must occupy the exhibit space.
If your corporate name has recently changed, please contact [email protected] to change your corporate profile. AME does not permit double listings or sub-listings for exhibitors. If the company on record is found subletting or reselling, they will lose priority renewal for AME Roundup 2026 and moving forward.
The exhibiting company that has AME Corporate Membership must occupy the exhibit space. Each exhibitor space gets ONE listing in the conference daytimer.
AME Corporate Memberships are separated into categories depending on your organization’s involvement in the mineral exploration industry. Please visit the AME membership webpage for more information on corporate membership categories and fees.
Each 10′ x 10’ exhibitor space includes:

If you have a large exhibitor booth, your pass allotment will be multiplied by the number of 10’ spaces you are in.
High-visibility vests have to be worn by all exhibitors, contractors and booth builders at all times during move-in and move-out periods. To save time and money, please bring your own PPE or order vests from the Vancouver Convention Centre.

The distribution of materials outside a paid exhibit space is prohibited. Material may not be distributed in the aisles or in other areas of the building. If you witness this type of activity, please contact Show Management immediately so that we can address the situation.

Registration for AME Roundup 2025 is now open.
Registration desk hours for AME Roundup 2025 are to be confirmed.
We encourage delegates to pick up their badges on Sunday, January 19 to avoid the crowds on Monday morning.

Before visiting the registration page, look at the Schedule at a Glance and think about the sessions and events you would like to attend. Then, look at the Registration & Pricing page, read about the different pass types and choose the best option for you. Then, follow the links to Registration.

All AME memberships run from January to December. You do not need to hold a 2024 membership to become a member for 2025. We highly encourage you to purchase a membership while registering to take advantage of discounted member pricing. Membership for 2025 can be purchased at the same time as your conference pass.

Registering your company for a booth is different than registration for conference passes. If you would like to exhibit, please complete the Application Form. We will be in touch with further instructions if there is space available.

As a Life Member, you have your individualized Life Member code which, when entered, will unlock your complimentary membership and the member rates for the conference passes. Please enter this code into the registration when it asks if you would like to purchase or renew your membership.

Yes, you are required to buy an AME Student or Senior Membership in order to unlock the member-only discounted rate for conference passes.
If you think you qualify for a complimentary conference pass as an AME Pioneer (formerly known as AME Old-timer), COMP codes will be sent out after registration opens in the fall. AME Pioneers are people who have been officially accepted into this group by the committee. If you are unsure whether you are an AME Pioneer, please contact [email protected].
AME does not issue International Attendee Invitation Letters. For information on Canadian government requirements for visitors and contact information for Visa offices, please visit www.cic.gc.ca.

Cancellation requests must be received in writing before the deadline at 5:00 PM PST, Friday, December 6, 2024. No refunds will be processed after this deadline or on-site at the conference for any reason. Attendees unable to attend the conference may transfer their registration until January 3, 2025, by request in writing.
All delegate refunds are subject to an $95.00 (+ GST) processing fee. Refunds are not available for ticketed events and membership.

You do not need to be an AME member to attend AME Roundup 2025. AME members receive a discount on AME Roundup passes and benefits all year around. Contact us if you would like to learn more about benefits or need help with a cost analysis.
We also offer non-member pricing on AME Roundup passes for people who do not wish to be members, though we highly encourage you to purchase a membership with your pass registration.
All AME Individual and Student Memberships for 2025 can be purchased while registering for AME Roundup. Please renew/purchase your membership during AME Roundup registration to ensure you receive member pricing for the conference.
Corporate membership is not eligible for the AME Roundup member discount. All discounts on passes are attached to individual or student members.
All AME memberships run from January to December.
AME does not share nor sell our member, attendee, or exhibitor information. Please read more about AME Privacy Policy here.
These are two common things you may be offered.
- Attendee List – Per our privacy policy, this information is not released to anyone. As an exhibitor, the only way to obtain this information is to collect the details of people who stop by your booth.
- Hotel Booking – Approved AME hotels or airlines will not contact you, you must initiate your requeset directly. Please see our Travel & Accomodations page for details and contact information.
