About the Exhibit Hall
The AME Exhibit Hall is a dynamic four-day trade show featuring key players in mineral exploration, development, mining and reclamation.
Among the hundreds of exhibitors under the sails in the Vancouver Convention Centre East, you will find prospectors and entrepreneurs, junior explorers and international mining companies, Indigenous groups, governments, universities, not-for-profits and an incredible collection of service and supply companies.
Why Attend the Exhibit Hall?
Over 6,000 people attended AME Roundup in 2024: investors, geoscientists, students, industry, First Nations and government leaders, decision-makers and more. Investing in a booth for four or two days is your company’s opportunity to meet your clients and partners face-to-face, engage with new people in your target audience, check out the competition and expand your brand, business and networks.
As a conference delegate, the Exhibit Hall presents an opportunity to connect with existing partners, browse and discover new products and services, and socialize at the end of the day. Each afternoon we host an Exhibit Hall Happy Hour to encourage attendance in the trade show, Core Shack, Project Generators’ Hub, Prospectors’ Tent and Poster Display.
An invitation to register for a booth space will be sent in June to returning exhibitors. For all others interested, please complete the application form.
2024 Exhibitor Booth Pricing

| 4-Day | $3,950 CAD + GST | One 10’ x 10’ booth space for all 4 days. Larger booths may be available; prices and inclusions can be quoted in multiples. |
| 2-Day | $2,850 CAD + GST | One 10’ x 10’ booth space for 2 days. Options include Monday & Tuesday or Wednesday & Thursday. |
Corporate Membership
All exhibiting companies are required to be active members. Corporate Membership is additional to your exhibitor booth costs and will be invoiced separately by AME. Membership must be acquired under the name of the exhibiting company. Information on the AME Corporate Membership program can be found on our website at https://members.amebc.ca/page/MembershipTypes
- Membership runs from January to December.
- All prices are in Canadian dollars – 5% GST will be added.
- Corporate membership payments will be processed upon receipt, are not prorated and are non-refundable.
