Gina is a Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in First Nation Citizen; she is of the Wolf Clan from Dawson City, Yukon Territory. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Gina retired from her first career as a Sergeant after serving 21 years with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). She is the President and owner of three Yukon businesses, House of Wolf & Associates Inc., First Peoples Coffee & Ravenshield Studio. Gina is also the President and Co-owner of Tr’ochëk Energy Inc., and is an entrepreneur at heart with a deep passion for community economic development.

She is currently the treasurer for her First Nation Community Development Corporation (Tr’ondëk Hwëch’in First Nation) and has sat on the following boards and committees: Chair for Yukon Housing Corporation, Chair for Tr’ochek Limited Partnership, Chair for Yukon Legal Service Society Yukon, Public Member for Cross Cultural Round Table of National Security, past president of Youth of Today’s Society, Board Committee member for Judicial Advisory Committee for Yukon Territorial Court & Yukon Supreme Court.  Gina was recently appointed as an Independent Advisory Board member for Yukon Territory for Supreme Court of Canada Judge appointments, past Chair Board of Director for Chief Isaac Incorporated, past Public Executive for Law Society of Yukon, Board of Director with Yukon Housing Corporation & Yukon Energy Corporation.

Gina is currently working on completing her MBA in Community Economic Development through Cape Breton University.
