Previously, Gary held senior roles at Finning (the world’s largest Cat-equipment dealer), managing industrial tech services businesses and operations globally. His experience informs Ideon’s focus on customer outcomes, safety, and measurable ROI. Gary builds high-performance teams and specializes in bringing advanced solutions from concept to operations.
