Opening Ceremony and Keynote

Each year, the AME Roundup Opening Ceremony sets the stage for the conference and for the year ahead, featuring insightful remarks from industry, government and Indigenous leaders. Join us on Monday morning for a Traditional Land Acknowledgement, important remarks from Federal and Provincial Government leaders, and keynote speaker Craig Taylor.

Craig will speak about the groundbreaking strategic equity partnership and co-design agreement between the McLeod Lake Indian Band and Defense Metals announced on January 17 to advance the Wicheeda rare earth element project in central BC.
