Why Attend the Exhibit Hall?
Over 6,500 people attended AME Roundup in 2025: investors, geoscientists, students, industry, First Nations and government leaders, decision-makers and more. Investing in a booth for four or two days is your company’s opportunity to meet your clients and partners face-to-face, engage with new people in your target audience, check out the competition and expand your brand, business and networks.
As a conference delegate, the Exhibit Hall presents an opportunity to connect with existing partners, browse and discover new products and services, and socialize at the end of the day. Each afternoon we host an Exhibit Hall Happy Hour to encourage attendance in the trade show, Core Shack, Project Generators’ Hub, Prospectors’ Tent and Poster Display.

2026 Exhibitor Booth Pricing

2-Day | $3,050 + GST | One 10’ x 10’ booth space for 2 days. Options include Monday & Tuesday or Wednesday & Thursday. |
Each 10’x10’ in-person booth space includes:
- Drape (8’ high black back wall drape & 3’ high black sidewall drape)
- 750-watt power outlet
- 2’ x 6’ covered and skirted table (1)
- Padded chairs (2)
- 24-hour peripheral security

Corporate Membership
All exhibiting companies are required to be active members. Corporate Membership is additional to your exhibitor booth costs and will be invoiced separately by AME. Membership must be acquired under the name of the exhibiting company. Information on the AME Corporate Membership program can be found on our website at https://members.amebc.ca/page/MembershipTypes
- Membership runs from January to December.
- All prices are in Canadian dollars – 5% GST will be added.
- Corporate membership payments will be processed upon receipt, are not prorated and are non-refundable.
