Registration for AME Roundup 2024 is now open.
Certain attendees will be eligible for a discount or complimentary (COMP) codes. Details below.
Early Bird Prices ended on December 8, 2023. Regular pricing now applies for all passes and event tickets.
Please note: You may be eligible for a discount or complimentary (COMP) pass as a session speaker, Exhibitor, employee of a sponsoring company, volunteer, AME Life Member or Old-timer. AME will be sending COMP codes to eligible delegates shortly. Please check with your AME contact before registering if you think you may be eligible. Refunds will not be issued if you are eligible and you proceed without a code.
AME Individual Members who renew their membership for 2024 while registering for AME Roundup 2024 are eligible for discounted member conference prices.
Conference registration must be connected to an individual: Corporate memberships are not eligible for the member price for AME Roundup.
Note: All 2023 memberships will expire on December 31, 2023. If you are a 2023 member, you will need to purchase your 2024 Individual Membership to be eligible for AME Roundup 2024 member pricing. You must purchase this with your conference pass.
AME Life Members do not need to purchase an AME individual membership. You will be emailed your Life Member Code to access AME Member pricing for AME Roundup.
AME Old-timers are offered complimentary registration to AME Roundup. You will be emailed a code to register for AME Roundup.
Life Member and Old-timer COMP codes will be emailed in October 2023.

Upon request, AME can issue an International Invitation Letter to international attendees who will be attending AME Roundup. Letters will only be issued to registered conference attendees.
AME does not accept any responsibility for visa applications or influence the processing of visas. Applicants must check with their respective authorities to determine processing requirements and timelines. We suggest leaving ample processing time for your entry visa. For more information on Canadian government requirements for visitors and contact information for Visa offices, please visit www.cic.gc.ca.
If an attendee is unable to attend due to inability to obtain a visa, the cancellation policy for registration fees will still apply.

Cancellation requests must be received in writing before the deadline at 5:00 PM PST, Friday, December 8, 2023. No refunds will be processed after this deadline or on-site at the conference for any reason. However, you may transfer your registration to another person BEFORE checking in on-site. Attendees unable to attend the conference may transfer their registration until January 5, 2024, by request in writing.
All delegate refunds are subject to an $95.00 (+ GST) processing fee. Refunds are not available for ticketed events and membership.
