Emily Miller

Emily joined the BCGS in 2022. She is a regional geological mapper who focusses on the rocks of Stikine terrane, mainly in northwest British Columbia. Emily’s research is directed at using structural and stratigraphic frameworks to provide insight into the tectonic evolution and distribution of mineralization in the province.
Before joining the BCGS Emily spent approximately a decade working in mineral exploration in the Cordillera of British Columbia and the Yukon on diverse deposits, focusing on geological mapping, historical data compilation, and geochemical surveys for target generation and evaluation.
