Originally from Vancouver, Kelsey moved to Wells, BC in 2011 where she started working at the local mining project. Growing within the company, she led community and Indigenous relations, permitting and compliance, obtaining multiple permits through the BC regulatory process including the first BC Environmental Assessment through the new Act.
