Lisa Moses supports the advancement of social performance procedures across North America and global business units. As the Leader of Social Performance for North America at Teck Resources Limited, she brings over a decade of experience in the mining industry. A proud Nlaka’pamux woman from the Lower Nicola Indian Band, Lisa has fostered strong, respectful relationships between industry and both Indigenous and non-Indigenous communities.
Her experience includes leading site-level community engagement and supporting the development and implementation of global social performance policies and procedures, as well as contributing to Indigenous cultural awareness training development, fundraising social campaigns, social impact management, and community development initiatives.
Lisa is also an active member and mentor within Teck’s Indigenous Employee Gathering, where she helps promote cultural understanding and inclusion across the organization. In addition, she volunteers her time to support social investment initiatives within her region, reinforcing her commitment to community well-being.
Beyond her professional achievements, Lisa is an entrepreneur with a passion for woodworking, creating industrial-style furniture, and facilitating breathwork and sound baths in Indigenous communities to promote healing and resilience. She is also a proud mother to a two-year-old, balancing her career and creative pursuits with family life.
