Melissa Friend

Senior Geologist & Associate, Archer, Cathro & Associates (1981) Limited

Melissa Friend is a Senior Geologist and Associate with Archer Cathro. She obtained her BSc and MSc from the University of British Columbia. Her MSc work was completed through a collaborative study between the Yukon Geological Survey and the Mineral Deposit Research Unit at UBC. Melissa has over ten years of experience working on projects ranging from regional bedrock mapping and metallogenic studies to grassroots and early-stage exploration programs. She has worked on programs in western and northern Canada, the western US, and South America in various geological settings with diverse mineralization styles.
