Throughout her career she has brought together companies, governments, and Indigenous communities and facilitated dialogue to balance opportunities and impacts in the context of creating sustainable benefits for local economies. She has a background in environmental science, community engagement, consultation, structured decision-making and project management. She believes relationship building with Indigenous communities is central to Reconciliation and the future of the resource sector.
