Vishal Gupta

Mr. Gupta is an accomplished mining executive, professional geologist and investment banker who brings nearly two decades of mining industry expertise and capital markets experience to his role as VP Operations at Eagle Energy. He has previously served, and continues to serve, in C-suite positions at several mining companies with exposure to various commodities including precious metals, base metals, battery metals and energy metals. Mr. Gupta has also worked as an investment banker and equity research analyst covering the mining sector for a number of financial institutions, including Dundee Capital Markets, Cormark Securities, Fraser Mackenzie, Desjardins Securities, ArcStone Securities and Global Financial. His work in capital markets has primarily focused on independent technical due diligence, M&A advisory, corporate finance advisory and comprehensive valuation analysis on a wide variety of resource projects and mining corporations across North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Australia and Asia. Mr. Gupta holds a Master of Science degree in Geology from the University of Toronto and is registered as a P.Geo. with the Professional Geoscientists of Ontario. His technical expertise, deep understanding of the metals and mining sector, and extensive capital markets experience, make Mr. Gupta a valuable asset for the corporation.
